Streetcar Rides

The Minnesota Streetcar Museum is a living (8/23/15 4:45 PM) history museum. A ride on one of our historic streetcars takes you back to the first half of the 1900s, the era of electric mass-transit. It’s a trip back in time aboard a “museum on wheels”. Our volunteer crews will provide historical context and are always happy to answer questions about the history and development of the Twin Cities streetcar system.

We operate two demonstration lines:

Click on either line above for complete information on Location, Schedules, Fares, Special Events and more.

In addition to a streetcar ride, a visit to either line offers lots more to see and do.

Take a look at the Introduction sections for both Como-Harriet and Excelsior, located on the right side of our Home page.
