Fresh produce, flowers, refreshments and more can be found at the weekly Excelsior Farmers’ Market. Make a streetcar ride part of your weekly visit.


Memorial Day

Story Time Trolley

Thursday June 25, July 23 & August 20
5 PM and 6 PM
$5 per passenger

A treat, a trolley ride, and a bedtime story. Tickets are required and are available only at TrolleyRide.org

Independence Day

Spend the holiday at the Lake. Take a trolley ride, have a picnic, listen to a concert, watch the fireworks.


Grandma’s Day

Fantastically Spooky Ghost Trolley

Friday & Saturday, October 23 & 24
6 to 9 PM
$4 per passenger

Take a ride on the Excelsior Fantastically Spooky Ghost Trolley. Stop and mingle with the ghosts, zombies, witches and other unworldly creatures near the haunted Iron Range Trolley, the Creepy Graveyard and more. Play Halloween games, listen to ghost stories, and enjoy other spooky night activities. This all-new event is suitable for all family members.

North Pole Trolley

Friday & Saturday, November 27 & 28 – 10 AM to 7 PM
Sunday, November 29 – 11 AM to 4 PM
$5 per passenger

Visit a traditional European open air market, shop for unusual Christmas gifts, sample eats and drinks. Then take a ride on the decorated streetcar with Santa.
